Leadership & Executive

Career Roles

The highest level of commitment at Nexus Gaming Studios: executive and departmental leadership roles requiring professionalism, critical thinking and long-term dedication.

  • Age: 18+. Exceptions are reviewed case by case for exceptionally qualified candidates.
  • Literacy: Strong written communication and clear, coherent writing.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; proven experience can substitute.
  • Availability: Consistent weekly availability; communicate changes early.
  • Experience: Leadership, management or community administration strongly preferred.

* Exceptions are reviewed by executive leadership.

Community & Moderation

Volunteer Roles

The foundation of our community operations. Open to members ready to take responsibility, enforce standards and keep Westmont welcoming.

  • Age: 16+. Applicants aged 16–17 are reviewed individually for maturity.
  • Conduct: A clean or near-clean record in our community.
  • Commitment: Active, responsive and engaged; 4 hours per week minimum.
  • Communication: Clear, professional and respectful at all times.
  • Attitude: Team-first. Volunteers are held to the same standards as career staff.
